The party continues at the Houston Livestock & Rodeo to commemorate the Black Wineo’s third year serving as a Rodeo Uncorked Wine judge for the 23rd Annual International Wine Competition. Meet me in the Champion Wine Garden on March 6th for the ultimate pregame before the hometown girl Lizzo kicks off Black Heritage Night. Entry is FREE with your concert or grounds ticket. Guests will enjoy live music wine samples and charcuterie while they last. The wine list will feature some Texas-grown, personal favorite award-winning wines from the International wine competition. Bubbly, Red, Rose and white wine will be poured by The Black Wine-O. Guests are welcome and encouraged to buy their own additional bottles from the garden while in attendance. It’s a party ya’ll. Location: Champion Wine Garden presented by Frost Bank in the Carruth Plaza
Located across from the front entrance of NRG Center. Find the 93Q activation booth and find the main entrance to the wine garden. Once you enter you’ll need to head past the main stage to the Vineyard Hill Bar area. The Vineyard Hill Bar sits directly behind the main stage up on the hill. We will be on the right hand side of the bar area. It is kind of tucked in a corner, but please ask a wine sales associate for help if you can’t find us.
